The role, reporting to the Compensation & Benefits, Reporting and HR IS Manager, will be responsible for the following activities:
- Lead HR IT project at Corporate level, concerning both cloud systems (Success Factors and Taleo) and on premises platform (SAP HR)
- Support the process owners in the review and redesign of the HR processes, giving advice from an IT perspective
- Propose innovative solutions to sustain and improve the key HR processes
- Design and build the technical IT solution in cooperation with other IT teams and external consultants, evaluation and proposing alternatives
- Define and manage together with the direct line manager the roadmap and budget of the function
- Give support to the users of the different system application under him/her responsibility (WW perimeter)
- Support the daily operations of HCM IT solutions (application maintenance, system evolution, etc.)
We are looking for candidates with a Master's degree in Engineering and 2-3 years of experience in IT HR environment.
The ideal candidate has knowledge of IT HR projects, especially SAP HCM & Success Factors. Knowledge of Oracle Taleo is preferable.
Availability to travel and English expertise are a must.
