For a multinational industrial company we are looking for a BI Consultant.
The role will be part of the Group IT Organization and will be involved in BI projects with the aim to extend BI Reporting system in the Group.
He/She will be responsible for the following activities:
- interface with the Business to define BI functional requirements: work with Business Process Owners, Key/End Users, Business Project Manager and IT technical teams to gather functional requirements and evaluate implementation alternatives
- support the full life-cycle of the BI change requests/projects, from writing functional analysis, developments/interface specifications and IT/user acceptance test scripts up to deploying the solution into live environment
- perform 1st and 2nd level Key Users support via ticketing system
- manage BI data acquisition process
- manage end to end integration processes and solve interfaces problems between source systems and BI reporting systems
Skills:
- Good knowledge of SQL language
- Good Knowledge of SAP BW: Data Modeling, ETL and Reporting
- SAP BO Web Intelligence 4, SAP Analysis for Office, SAP Analytics on Cloud
- Expertise in data modelling, extended Star Schema models, Entity Relationship modeling (ERM)
- English
- Availability to travel
